My Mind is Wonderfully Made
Dear Readers,
Recovering From a Bad Day Routine:
- I like to workout whenever I feel down because it allows me to concentrate on something rather than my emotions and I feel productive after I workout.
- I love to take baths because there's something soaking in warm water with a candle calms me down and I am able to get some perspective.
- This one is kind of weird but somehow it makes me feel better, I like to watch videos of other people talking about their struggles as well because it lets me know I'm not the only one who's struggling or watching videos, in general, keeps my mind occupied.
- I like to write down my thoughts because I express my feeling better on my paper and usually at the end of the page I start to feel much better.
- I like to dance, I feel free when I dance out all my issues and gives me a boost of confidence. (fye I usually listen to Beyonce, India Arie, Ella Mai, or Justine Skye to help remind me who I am)
- I like to eat especially something sweet to make me feel better as well.
- I like to clean something about cleaning that clears my mind and allows me to focus on what's most important
I hope that you guys take from my post the importance of mental health and being able to take time to do some self-love and care that you need to help recover from your bad day. Also, let me know if you guys have any other things that you do to help stay positive.
